The good news is that we pay above average because we expect above average work, and we provide cheap health/vision/dental insurance from Blue Cross/Blue Shield (for less than $100/month) to our full-time employees. We also offer paid national holidays (7 days per year) and paid time off (5 days per year) to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. Our guys say it’s a great place to work, but you have to come in with a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day, and be in excellent physical shape as well.
